We Talk about robot.txt
As you can see, it is pretty easy to Disallow specific paths on your site. So if you had created a node with your personal contact information, lets say the path of it was www.linuxbasment.com/chadsinfo then in the robots.txt file, you could put something like
Disallow: /chadsinfo/
